Drying Room Specifications:

• Material: SUS#304 stainless steel, 0.5mm thick with an intermediate foam layer.
• Internal Lighting: Explosion-proof lamps.
• Interior Construction: Made from stainless steel, temperature-resistant PU panels; joints use metal connectors covered with waterproof silicone.
• Door: Stainless steel door.
• Temperature: Achieves a drying and sterilization temperature of 60°C within 20 minutes.
• Ventilation: Equipped with 2 exhaust vents and 1 intake vent.
• Operation Time: 60 minutes for sterilization and 20 minutes for heating, totaling 80 minutes.
• Heat Exchanger: Made from stainless steel finned tubes, with a heat transfer area designed to meet the space's 20-minute temperature rise requirement.
• Frame: SUS304 stainless steel square tubes, 50x50mm, 1.5mm thick.
• Panels: Double-layered SUS304 stainless steel, 1.2mm thick.
• Insulation: 50mm thick rock wool for the middle layer.
• Doors: Front and rear doors made of SUS304 stainless steel, 1.2mm thick.
• Door Frame: Heat-resistant silicone seal.
• Circulation Fan: 1HP heat-resistant fan.
• Heating Box: Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, 1.2mm thick, with 6 sets of 2000W heaters and 1 control panel (includes timer, voltmeter, power indicator, and temperature radiator).
