Drainage Channel Set Aluminum Grate + Stainless Steel Channel Body

• Purpose: For replacing old drainage channels in kitchens. The channel is designed to encircle water areas, approximately 20 cm wide, facilitating quick drainage during the cleaning of ingredients, utensils, and kitchen floors.
• Renovation: Includes repair of floor tiles affected by the drainage channel replacement.
• Material: Made of SUS304 stainless steel.
• Design: The bottom of the stainless steel channel is rounded with a 3mm radius to facilitate cleaning.
• Slope Calculation: Ensures smooth drainage with no water accumulation, with a slope of 1/200.
• Reinforcement: Each meter of the channel includes a fixed point to prevent deformation.
• Welding: Fully welded connections to prevent leakage.
• Grate: Includes a cast aluminum grate (400 x 200 x 20 mm or larger) with an anti-slip surface.
• Additional Work: Includes floor cutting, removal, disposal of debris, fixation, grouting, and edge finishing with surrounding tiles.
• Compatibility: Must match the floor tiles, with a finished height allowance and no water pooling at joints.
• Leveling: The channel and floor tiles must be level (height difference not exceeding 5 mm).
